BEAM offers two levels of machine, Serenity and Mundo

Serenity series - featuring very low sound levels, high efficiency bypass motors, soft start control system to protect motor life and 5 year warranty - also available with an optional LCD monitor. The LCD screen on the L series will monitor everything from motor power to hours of use. Compatible with variable speed hoses
The LCD option is available on the 395, 385 and 335.

Cyclo are another Premium vacuum brand sold in Australia.
Manufactured in Canada ,also with a 50 year history,very high quality build and finish and as such a little more expensive than the BEAM, they offer high quality high performance machines with the added advantage that they can be ordered as a disposable bag system or bagless.Systems with disposable bags are sometimes overlooked these days but this is due to the disatisfaction many have experienced when using a portable vacuum cleaner.
This is not a problem for the ducted vacuum cleaner and bagged systems offer many advantages,including ease of maintenance.There is no contact with dust when the system is emptied and because the bag is actually the filter,you automically replace the filter each time you replace the bag .Bags are inexpensive and their replacement depends on how much you use the system.Typically 2 -3 bags per year on average but often even less than that in the modern home,where bare floors are more in fashion than carpeted areas.
