• Naked DSL compatible  option - for a small increase to your monthy monitoring fee we can now offer back to base monitoring that works independantly of  your phone line,perfect for Naked DSL ,goodbye line rental !
  
• Choice of two levels of monitoring
  Full : We alert you or one of your designated contacts via SMS, email, or phone. In a false alarm, you can intervene to cancel the call-out, but when you need us, we’ll always be there.
  Pros - Full client support and guidance by the control room.
  Cons - Standard monitoring cost applies.
  
  Semi Automated: You will be contacted via email, SMS and or phone and can choose the response.
  Pros - Lower monthly cost,very fast automated response times.
  Cons - More involvement required from you.
  
• Sort term rental option - does not require an active phone line so you can use this option for a property that does not currently have the phone on.Also hand if you don't available phone socket at your alarm panel location
  
• Response
  If the physical response option is selected, guards can respond, assess, and monitor any alarm situation at your home or office before you get there. (Charge per call out, no charge if not requested)
